                                                           山民早就有将各类野味

                                                           放在吊锅中烹饪的传统

                                                           是靠烧树根、木柴取暖的

        他们在屋内挖一个直径50至70厘米

                                                            深约20厘米的火炉

            在屋梁上悬一根可以滑动的木质滑竿

                                                            下面再吊一口铁锅

          在火炉上铁锅可以随意的调节上下

        吃饭的时候将几样烧熟的菜叠上去

                                                         家人和来客围坐火炉四周

                                                         烤着火,吃着菜,叙家常

                                    食肉时先在锅底配上一层将军菜、蕨菜、石耳

                                                    南瓜杆、金针菜、野竹笋

                                                    珍珠菜之类的野菜

                                                                  粘连锅底

                                                                野菜的香味

                                                          也能更好的浸入主菜之中

                                                           如天堂寨小河鱼

                                                           羊肉、牛肉、狗肉

                                                            黄鳝、野猪肉等

                                                                 倒入锅里

                                                  锅边再配上橡子豆腐、红豆腐
